1) The extent of the defender's touch doesn't matter, he either makes contact with the ball or not. In this case, he does.
2) The touch on Dejagah is simply down to the follow-through from a legitimate tackle. It wasn't 'careless, reckless, or using excessive force' hence, it's not a foul by definition.
3) You're presumably saying here that it was a foul on the grounds of 'Impeding the progress of an opponent'. Unfortunately, that won't hold either as it was due to a legitimate tackle that won the ball. The fact the player goes down to the ground because of it is irrelevant if the defender makes contact with the ball first. Instead of throwing insults like an idiot, try discussing with actual referral to the rules:

1) If a tackle impedes progress of a player who has clear access to the ball, and is in a goal scoring situation, not only is that a foul, but it's a yellow card (at least) and a penalty (in the box).
2) Zabaleta didn't "win the ball". You're a bit clueless there.
