If i had just scored a heartbreaking goal in the 90th minute against a team we were supposed to destroy but instead made us sweat and almost beat us, I would go to their best player and try to console them like that too...

I think our performance was inline with our quality of players.
We are the team that struggled against Qatar in four games and our top four clubs get eliminated easily out of Asian competitions.
And even after the World Cup look where our star players are playing now!!

It is sad to see, but I don't buy that we could've somehow played attractive attacking football and scored more goals without conceding a minimum of four goals per game, which would mean definite elimination in the first round.
Very few teams managed to play attractive football anyways, but they had a roster that gave them the license, we got none of that!
