Would someone be willing to make a quick collage wallpaper, out of these (with the author's permission, of course)?

I dont understand why the players are sad.

I mean they were not even CLOSE to getting a result.

I was devastated after Argentina but i took the loss yesterday pretty well since we were not even close to a draw, let alone win

Because they are passionate Iranians who wanted to do better for themselves, their beloved manager, and especially for the nation of fans some of whom were hanging with baited breath for every pass/shot/block, in the stands? Or maybe you didn't hear those fans exclaim their exultation, after our goal, despite the fact it meant nothing in terms of getting a result?

You know what guys( and girls) the photos are sad and we are all sad, but IMO the team needs to understand they fought not only Argentina, Nigeria and Bosnia, but they also fought sanctions, incompetent IFF, and mismanagement from our sports officials, the only things that helped us reach this far were TWO components , CARLOS QUIEROZ and the FANS! no more no less. For this, I thank you both!... We need not cry but rejoice for we have shown the world what can be done under sanctions! WE are true warriors and sometimes even warriors get defeated, but they donot lose the War, if one battle was lost... Cheer up, for what was shown to us in the last 2 weeks gives us hope and confidence of a better future....

If CQ leaves, I hope IFF at least can keep Mikko Kujala (fitness coach). Great guy

Poor guys gave everything. Love you TM every single one of them (except Shojaei that worthless piece of ****self edited***).
IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

I have a different opinion. A coach once told me if you are sad or cry after a match it's because you didn't give it your all. I never see players from other countries reacting to losses like Iranian players. It's becoming a broken record. Just play your heart out...I suspect part of it is that we hype our TM up, and put expectations on them that yes an Italian, German or ARgentinian team should meet, but realistically our TM can't. Maybe I am still emotional as my sentiments have varied over the past 24 hours, but to be fair, we played terribly yesterday and the result was a fair one.

If anyone should be crying it's the bosnians who were robbed of a point against Nigeria, and should have qualified with this win.

                            1) I disagree with your coach.

                            2) I have seen many games, where players break down afterwards, for a loss.

                            3) No we didn't play well, but that's as much to do with the quality of Bosnia, as with our own effort and lack of talent.

                            4) Yes, BIH was literally ROBBED of (at least) 2 points, by the refs, in previous matches. No question.

                            5) In my opinion, you are being heartless. I don't know, maybe that is your nature. It is a form of bullying (in a sense), to criticize those who try their hardest, but just can't pull it off. You obviously don't realize the merit in just pouring yourself into an endeavor you love, regardless of whether or not you can achieve the goal.
