    Heartbreaking, yet memorable photos...

Too much plastic talk on the forum as expected.

Here are some sad but unforgettable photos. These are the same players we called bi-gheyrat not too long ago. Let's applaud the immense fighting spirit by CQ and all team players - it was truly unique in this tournament. Just look where these players are coming from and how they managed to put up a respectable fight against the best of the world. Truly amazing...

I am very thankful they played in the World Cup, for Iran. After looking at these pictures, I really don't care much about the losses. I think they did the best they could, and CQ did the same, regardless of other second-guessing, after the fact. (Something that is easy to do)

                  Thank you, Team Melli.

the game with argentina a few days ago took a lot out of the boys. Both in inspiration and physically. I think they were exhausted in this game.

Really upsetting to see the guys cry especially ando , neko and davari, i heard that our translator broke in tears when translating for CQ at press conference while talking about the guys in change room after the game

                          Ando

But at 31, there's no reason why this has to be his last World Cup. I hope I'm correct, that man is a hero right there.
