I see there's pretty much chance that Uzbekistan and Iran will meet in the semi-finals. If Iran gets out of QF3, you'll meet challenger from QF1.

I thought it is most likely Australia and Iran play if all goes to plan. S Korea is in a massive slump. I think the home advantage will get Australia through.

Let me paint a beautiful scenario for you all.
Iran v Australia Semi-Final at Stadium Australia on Australia Day. Pretty much the most important day in Australia as it celebrates the birth of the country.
The build up to this game in Australia would be HUGE!!!!!!

Yeah they are talking about 4-5 days potentially over 40 degrees and many over 30. This is more important in Melbourne because of the tennis as they had to stop play last year 2-3 days due to such heat. All Asia Cup games will be at night though but it is possible some of the games in Melbourne will be played in over 30 degree heat.

I must also say it is bloody surreal walking around the "markeze shahr" of Melbourne and seeing huge posters of Gucci hung up. LOL who would have ever thought to see this day again in Australia.

Its taken 18 years but Iran is coming back.....
