        Honestly, I would be shocked.

Haha I notice how you write "Turkey" to not mistaken it with an other country that is in the south of Iran!

Reports talking about EPL work permit rules and that it's impossible for him to obtain a work visa as he's only participated in about 30 percent of TM games...

He can still get a special permit. He started all World Cup games and some qualifiers. I doubt an English club would invite him and try to sign him if there wasn't a good chance that it goes through. Still a risky thing, especially so late in the transfer window.

I'm not sure he'd get the special exemption. But what some clubs have done is sign a player without a work permit, and then loan him to a non-English club for a year so that he can further establish credentials to get a permit and then bring him back into the team the following season. But as you said, time is evaporating to complete this quickly.

That sounds iffy. 30% of what TM games? 30% of TM games over what period of time?

If they want him, and he wants it, he'll get it.

It's that that easy. Teymourian had the same issues when he went to England.

Checked the competitive games of the last 2 years and Hasafi played 11 out of 17 games in ACQ, WCQ final round and WC first round, so roughly 65%.
