Just made a short video for our legend Ali Karimi. No highlights, just put some scenes together mostly from the last couple of years.
Once time lets me I will create another one, sorry for being so inactive...I was going to write a huge text, but will keep it for the next thread

Enjoy and let's say goodbye to one of the greatest Iranian football player ever. Without him I wouldn't love football so much as I do now and I am sure many feel the same way. He seriously managed to inspire thousands of people with his magic skills and spirit on the field. Thanks God we all had the honor to witness his era.

it still breaks my heart when i think about him not playing anymore. I have never felt so sad about a player quitting. The video was great, almost brought tears to my eyes. I miss him so much and like many others i consider myself privileged to be living in his era. I can proudly say I watched him live in his first appearance in professional football in PP jersey vs Polyakril and and watched him live in his last professional match in Tractorsazi jersey vs Esteghlal and have been following him closely every single day in the 16 years period in between the two games.
Sad days for iranian football. For me he was the ultimate legend no matter what haters think.

Dam you quierosh for not taking Karimi to world cup, He wouldve done his magic with ultimate motivation one last time like Zidane did in 06, our coach likes to park the bus with 20 out of 23 players invited being defensive. Keep remebering that Bosnia game and what he could have done as a super sub makes me want to cry .

even in argentina game he could have made the diff in the last 10 mins. remember how the out-of-form and over rated shojaei could dribble the argentinian players, now imagine what karimi could have done. plus he might come across as a lazy player but physically he's as solid as a rock and he plays with his IQ so no need for him to run 10km per game + in the last 10,15 minute of that game all we needed was one moment of his usual magic and who knows...

^i fully agree.

AK8 instead of overrated-useless-out of form-low iq-shojaei would have made the difference and result i am pretty sure.
