If CQ wins, he will quit and collect 1year worth additional salary, if IFF wins, they supposedly fine him 3 months salary for quitting early...!!(Probably thats why IFF currently are behind in paying CQ's salary about 3-4months..!)

And this is the latest response from CQ that was allegedly read out on his behalf at the meeting: "current conditions are not good and it's best that we part ways on friendly terms". This article also says that CQ is looking for one year's salary.

I mean, if CQ wants to leave...he can't demand a one year salary. He has to pay back IFF or atleast call it even if he's breaking his word on the 4 year contract.

As javad Nekounam said if CQ leaves at this moment are football will suffer just like how we did when Branko and Dadkan left.TM will not get the necessary result, their campaign for wc2018 will be extremely stressful and difficult with a new coach coming in. All the players want cq, 80% plus of the people want CQ(according to navad polls). But After watching the report I believe CQ will leave on his own terms.I wouldn't be surprise in a few weeks he is announced as coach of one of the arab countries,front runner been Qatar, The reason why I believe this to be true,Football is by far the biggest political sport in the world.Qatar is to host wc2022 after Russia.Why not throw so much money at CQ to lead Qatar to the world cup 2018 and then he has a free spot as host nation in 2022.I believe something has happened to CQ in the month he took off after the asian cup too.He wants out, you can't force him to stay.The federation is basically putting the ball in CQ court to see what he does with it but according to kaffashian his 85% out the door.(This is my opinion let the bashing begin)
