The reason why in volleyball futsal etc. we are good, and have progressed a lot is because there isnt too much money in those sports, thus less corruption, but in football there is a lot of money. Thus a lot of corruption, thus a lot of people involved in our football who have no idea what they are doing

haha same old story they play all the time. Give some toy to the please to make them busy with big names and speculation, when they are not focus and mesmerized by big names and ignore CQ, fire the guy with no hassle, then come back and say we did try but they didn't accept, their offer was high, they had personal problems and shit. Once people are so desperate and the time is limited either choose a cheap local coach or sign some third tier European/South American coach to replace CQ. Just keep promising for better coaches until people give up. Same ole scenario! pweh...

            Conclusion:
            Big talk, no action!
This is complete bull crap to make people believe that IFF is serious about pro coaches, once people buy into this, they will let CQ go without any pressure from fans and go through a 2 year hiring process and end up with Mansourian or Hashemian as a consolation....

All those names sure sound good. Assuming this is not the usual circus sideshow and they're really in touch with these guys, and also assuming those coaches are actually willing to come to Iran after CQ's experience, the fact remains that ANY first rate coach who's spent most of his career at top organizations is going to have the exact issues with IFF and Goodarzi-type morons as CQ has. The likes of Lippi and Hiddink will not tolerate substandard facilities and haphazard planning and will NOT take crap from a goat like Asadi. The types of foreign coaches this system can get along with peacefully in long term contracts are the second and third rate types willing to put up with interference and poor facilities as long as they collect a paycheck.

If they wanted to change CQ why didn't they do it right after the AC? the replacement coach would have had time to set up his team, right now any coach that comes, be it mourinho or MK, won't have time to do anything, we are starting our qualifications in 2 months

Or how about when he said making a team defend is "easy"?

Or how about when he said if he was coach of TM and played defensive he would have got the same result against Argentina?

I like Azizi, I like how he tells stories and he is a funny and interesting guy. However, he has shown more than once that he isn't the most objective guy out there.

CQ was one of the highest paid coaches in the 2014 WC. Most decent coaches would accept $1,250,000 in a heartbeat even if they have to live in Qom. Vahid Halilhodžić was only paid 600,000 with Algeria and took his team to the knockout stages. Don't worry about the salary.

your right he is 1.5 million , but for example capello got 12 million, lippi or hiddik if they wanna come to iran they will want a minium of 5-6 million euro , cause thier resume is much stronger than cq, we all know that, i dont see iff paying that much, there is noise over 1.5 million, you think they can pay 5-6 million?

So let's put the list in perspective. The candidates are:

                            1. Marcello Lippi - Retired from coaching after stepping down from Guangzhou Evergrande.

                            2. Marcelo Bielsa - Currently revitalizing Marseille in Ligue 1. This is a club that will be fighting for the league in the coming years and will now have the chance to play in the UEFA Champion's League under his guidance. Also, let us not ignore that he left his post as the head coach of Chile due to his disagreements with their Federation. As far as bullish personalities go, Bielsa is no different that CQ and won't tolerate the IFF's crap for a day. He was even confrontational with Marseille's President early on in his tenure.

                            3. Guus Hiddink - Currently head coach of the Netherlands. Unless he is fired, it's unlikely that he will leave his post any sooner than the 2016 Euro Championship. By then, the Asian WCQ will be well under way.

                            4. Sven-Goran Eriksson - Currently coaching in the Chinese League and hasn't held any noteworthy long-term positions for a very long time. Far from being an ideal candidate.

What a a joke of a list. Lets add Joachim Loew, Jurgen Klopp, and Jupp Heynckes while we're at it.
