The close involvement of government through sports ministry is a problem. Too much influence which causes inefficiency and possible FIFA investigation.

Yes & No.
It's a Bad idea, bad policy for direct involvement of SM in IFF affairs, but IFF has share of blame as well.
Even if FIFA get involve, it's always their policy to contact their representative in this case Kafashian for clarity. Rest assure Kafashian will deny any undue influence.

IFF is bankrupt and FIFA has share of guilt as well when they seized IFF money and forced IFF to be more dependent to SM.

One reason SM is involve its due to ban of swift and IFF alone is unable to make any financial commitment unless government get involve.

A note:
Sometime ago when CQ insisted to receive money before an important game, Kafashian arranged to exchange large sum of money to pay him $ cash ( Black Market). It was a big controversy because portion of that money is unaccounted and there was an investigation and Inspected general got involve and Kafashian barely survived . I doubt Kafashian will try again such poor planning.

علی حسنی خو نماینده وزارت ورزش در مذاکرات کی روش و کفاشیان در پایان جلسه به سوالات خبرنگاران پاسخ داد.

به گزارش "ورزش سه"، مشاور وزیر ورزش به خبرنگاران گفت:
همانطور که آقای کفاشیان اعلام کرد جلسه تقریبا خوبی بود، همه موافق حضور کی روش در ایران هستیم و تلاش می کنیم کار ادامه پیدا کند.
وی ادامه داد: زمان زیادی تا مقدماتی جام جهانی نداریم و تلاش می کنیم کی روش در پست خود بماند و اگر مذاکراتمان نتیجه نداد، تصمیم دیگری خواهیم گرفت.

به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، پس از جلسه امروز بین کارلوس کی روش سرمربی تیم ملی با مسئولان فدراسیون فوتبال که با حضور نماینده ای از وزارت ورزش برگزار شد، مقرر شد تا کارلوس کی روش همچنان به عنوان سرمربی تیم ملی باقی مانده و به کار خود در این سمت ادامه دهد.
کفاشیان هنگامی که قصد داشت فدراسیون را ترک کند اعلام کرد که از نظر من کفاشیان سرمربی تیم ملی می ماند.سرمربی تیم ملی فوتبال ایران با اعلام کفاشیان سرمربی تیم ملی ایران ماند.

He said yesterday chance of him going was 80% and today chance of him staying is 80% and according to him consider CQ still TM Coach.

That may be true or partial true because that's Kafashian is talking and often he does opposite of what he says.
