When's it's a question of generating revenue, all these things have to be taken into account.
The only time that I remember us filling the whole stadium for a friendly game was against Germany.

do you know about the average person who goes to Azadi Stadium to watch a match on the weekly? They def dont make a lot of money. 40 bucks is a lot for the normal people of Iran, and the normal constitutes the vast majority.

In Europe, 40 euros for a football game is very average if you pick good stands in the stadium.
The point is that most games do sell out if they are attractive. For example when top clubs like Ajax or PSV in The Netherlands play Champions League it's always sold out even when they raise the price.
My point is that Iranian fans in Iran are very passionate and I think they would pay 40 dollars to see TM playing in Azadi against Barcelona.

40 dollars is about 120,000 toman, with that you can buy 10 servings of koobideh for your family.

Work with $10 (30,000 toomans) for upper deck and $20 for lower deck guys. I think that's more than reasonable for ticket prices in Tehran for Azadi to be filled to capacity during a good game.
That's still well over $1 million in revenue (35000 x $20 + 60000 x $10). Even at half capacity for a free game against Australia or Japan, that's still over $0.5 million in profit. That doesn't include concession sales (which they really should work on) or selling of TV rights which is a must.
Couple of those games and IFF will have enough money to fix TM's training facilities. The only problem is when it comes to sales and marketing, they're just at zero! TM is a brand and a gold mine.

Also opportunities for at least two friendlies on June 11th and October 13th.He who joyfully marches in rank and file has already earned my contempt, for he has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would suffice. Albert Einstein

They should get a nice friendly for June 11th (Australia will be in the region to play Kyrgyzstan), market it as Nekou's final game, tell everyone to come and pay their respects to one of TM's all time heroes, yada yada yada and make a killing.
That marketing should have started already and if instead of bickering with CQ, they put their energy on generating some revenue, more than half our problems would be solved.

From Enghelab street to the south 12,000 is still doable.
Shomale shahr is not that different, 90% of the places are going to be cheaper than Raftari which is near Mowlavi.
The only thing decent for 12T that's not fast food is from tahiye places, ghormeh, gheymeh, basically rice with a little bit of khoresht. Even the loghmeh places are more than 12T.راه یکی است و آن راستی است
