Actually, training at the actual site of the match is reasonable for an away team, I would expect the same for TM when visiting another nation. Not sure of the logistics, and agree that it won't matter for India either way.

Tehran is currently hosting 4 national teams and 6 teams on the 29th while our main training pitch is being renovated, they simply have to deal with it.
