These are Uzbekistan's recent matches: http://int.soccerway.com/teams/uzbek...zbekistan/2301 which shows two losses to Oman and a tie with UAE in the last six months. They also seem to have been on vacation for the summer with no games played... As a matter of fact Uzbekistan's only truly convincing result in the past year was the 5-1 win over Qatar which as you know could have stopped Iran from direct qualification to the World Cup.
