Finally after years of just talk, ESES has opened it first Scouting program with ESES 'elders' like ex star player Samereh, as coach, steering the effort to find the best of the best, and as a matter of fact they just signed an 8 year old prodigy on a 20 year contract, with full sponsorship! an excellent first step in the right direction, and I hope all other clubs do the same!
