HASHEMIAN's "DFB Pro Coaching License" Traineeship now at Bayern Munich! First ever!

This is some good news when I read it on PFDC front page:

    http://www.persianfootball.com/news/...bayern-munich/

Vahid Hashemian returns to Bayern Munich

    for info:

as part of DFB Pro License programme, trainees (future Pro coaches) must complete their basic DFB Licenses (C, B License etc) with coaching expereinces at Oberliga and Regi0nalliga (= 3rd and 4th leagues i.e. amateure leagues) or youth teams! ^^so does that mean he will be sitting on the bench on game days as well?!??! i am sure his previous years of playing in Bayern also helped him in getting this position.

no he will not be on the bench as a permanent coaching staff! .... (unless PEP is really exrta kind to him )

he will be participating and helping out the technical staff during training sessions under supervision of PEP.
      He will learn a lot.

This is fantastic news!! As a Bayern supporter I am thrilled. I remember when he signed with them and I would always wait to see if would get a game or get subbed in during his short spell at Bayern, as with Karimi and Daei. Although during Daeis time I was a lot younger and was difficult for me to watch the games on tv in Dubai.

Vahid definitely has the potential to truly become one of the best Iranian coaches although still to early to say. He has made all the right decisions in terms of his coaching development and hopefully can become a great coach one day.

Vahid is the consummate professional. I have always admired his dedication and discipline greatly. He is doing everything in his power to create an environment in which he can be successful.
Right, as the world goes, is only in question between equals in power, while the strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must.
