him and Akbar otee (misaghian), are two coaches that are very good at getting their players to play better than their talents. However, there is catch here. they can't handle "stars" of the game and sure as hell they are not professional individuals. One can be good at what he does, but be terrible at being a professional. Football is a Professional job, and these guys can't fit in that mold.
