Kafashian and IFFs strategy was frustrate the crap out of CQ so he leaves Iran and not the other way around where IFF throws him out, this way they say its all CQs fault that he didnt want the Iran job!!! Sneaky bastards!
The level these Akhunds and Akhund lovers will stoop to get Iran back into the Stone age is mind boggling!!

However, there is catch here. they can't handle "stars" of the game and sure as hell they are not professional individuals. One can be good at what he does, but be terrible at being a professional. Football is a Professional job, and these guys can't fit in that mold.

this is the exact problem with vatani coaches, they think they have mastered all the knowledge and they do not need to learn anything more!! kos khol you should be honored to site next to CQ and learn a thing or two about football! so you learned all you needed to learn from branko and shahrokhi? that is it!! do not want to learn more things to add to your resume and knowledge.IRI = FAILED

Nothing really new here:
"Iran dismiss Queiroz-Leeds link Championship, Latest news update: 4 hours 38 minutes ago
Carlos Queiroz is set to sign a new contract with Iran amid rumours linking him with the head coach vacancy at Leeds United. Former Real Madrid coach and ex-Manchester United assistant Queiroz emerged as a shock contender for the Elland Road hotseat with bookies slashing their odds on him being named David Hockaday's successor.
After leading Iran to the 2014 World Cup, where they were eliminated at the group stage, Queiroz was believed to be considering his options after three years with the country. The Daily Mirror claims the 61-year-old has expressed his interest at becoming the new head coach at Leeds as he wants to return to club management. But the Iran's Football Federation president Ali Kafashian has dismissed the reports and is confident he will lead them to the AFC Asian Cup in four months' time. "We have prepared everything Queiroz has asked," Kaffashian said.
"We have organized a well-equipped training camp which was his priority. He will return to Iran very soon to sign his contract extension. "He will be Iran's coach in the AFC Asian Cup." Queiroz, who recently flew to Dubai with his visa set to expire, previously said he is happy to return to Iran as their head coach. "It depends on Kafashian's decision. I'll fly to Iran whenever he wants me back," he told ISNA reporter last month. "It's not in my hands to set the date for my return to Iran, I can't tell you that.""
