Seems to me they are stalling because they just don't want him. They don't want to spend that Fifa money for the WC on CQ which is what vezarate varzesh wants. They want to get a cheaper coach and put the rest of that money in their own pockets. Business as usual in Iran.

It never ceases to amaze me how stuff gets done in Iran. Four months away from the second most important tournament for our football and IFF is just playing games. I just don't think CQ's agendas go beyond securing the best possible contract. on the other hand, our government, vazir varzesh, Kaffashian and all others involved have gendas that are 100 times more questionable than CQ's. When have you ever seen evil intentions from CQ? He is smart and professional and IFF is not.

In regards to his lawyers changing the contract, we would need to know the details of these changes before we can judge. We can't just assume that change means that CQ is trying to bargain for more out of pure selfishness.

For example, the IFF says that no penalty will be applied should they fail to pay CQ on time. They then proceed to 'guarantee' that they will not miss a payment. Of course CQ has a right to protest this and demand that a change be made. You already know that you're dealing with an incompetent and corrupt group when the timeliness of your payments have to be discussed.

If CQ knows that he is dealing with an incompetent and corrupt organization, then why does he insist on staying. I agree with most of what you said, however, CQ is always so quick to run to the media...just as quick as Kaffashian. I have never seen a professional coach air his dirty laundry as much as CQ does. Just check out PFDC front page, "IFF has not contacted me" or "I will come back when Kaffashian contacts me"...both he and Kaffashian are using "cry baby" whine to the media to win the hearts and minds of the fans tactics. It's annoying.

The problem is that IFF and Kaffashian are really good at this game. He has the right to figure out his future and know where his next coaching stint is going to be. These negotiations have been going on way too long and if I were him, I would use every advantage since he has lost some opportunities since the WC.

this is just absurd, and insult to the intelligence of the people. again we are wasting valuable time with no Head coach, another failure in AC is imminent now.

we are in week 7 of the league. 2 plus month has passed since TM played, and we are about 3 weeks away from our "first test match". if the game on Oct. 4th does not get cancelled.
