He showed some great skill and ball control in that instance when he was surrounded by 4 or 5 opponents and GREAT hustle when he lost the ball behind the opponent's penalty area and chased the player all the way to the half way line and dispossessed him.
Having said that, I think one, he's being in the wrong position and two is not suitable to Rubin's tactics which is basically running around with their heads cut off like chickens. Sardar's the type of player that would benefit more from a holding/controlling type of game IMHO and sticking with this team is hurting his development.
