Look at formation and you get what I said. Duh some people are so fast getting things. Can you see Pooladi in this formation? Most of the goal we received were from that area in left.
Lol tell u the truth it was 6am for me, i was dead, i didnt see hajsafi as lb and amiri and lw
Hajsafi was covering both his LW and LB position in that game, and we were down to 10 men. Obviously our left side would be exploited with only 1 player compensating for 2 positions.
That said, Hajsafi is a great and capable player in both the LB and LW. Sure, I'd put Pooladi in if he were available, but I know that Hajsafi can play the LB position. Don't make it seem like he is trash, because for a few years, he was actually the starter at LB and we did well. Only in the last year or so has CQ moved him primarily to the midfield. He is a utility player, and we have a need for a capable player at LB. Unless someone comes out of nowhere like Ghafouri that CQ finds, I think Hajsafi is good with Amiri in front of him.
I agree with you, when he was alone trying to stop all the Iraqi attacks on our left flank, he wasn't that good. In the other 20 games I've seen him play LB with someone in front of him, he's played admirably, despite not being the man of the match every game.
Hajsafi is best at LW but we can use him in CMF too. Putting Hajsafi in LB is a waste of talent plus that is not his best position. I saw his performance closely in Iraq match and he made some mistakes that a LB should not do. (despite he was trying to cover for Amiri).
And all of us know that Amiri's weakness is his defensive skills.
2+2=4
As a result Hajsafi+Amiri= a bad combination in left flank.
I personally think Hajsafi>Amiri in LW considering all requirement for that position.
From my observation we can either use Hajsafi as CMF and Amiri in LW if we have a solid LB like Pooladi. Since we don't have that choice atm, we need to put this aside and use the same ole combination of Hajsafi in LW and bringing Amiri when Hajsafi is tired like in min 60. Now we need to put all of our focus on LB position and find a suitable person there. Even if we had to use Hajsafi in LB for the time being, we should move Dejagah to LW to cover up for our defensive weakness in the left flank. Dejagah comes back and defend good. Now, Jahanbakhsh can cover the LW. Doing this will bring another Question. Who can cover the CMF? Vahid Ebrahimi, Karimi, Nariman Jahan,... it is the time to test this position, we have some good players in MF.
****Another new problem that I have observed is Ando as Captain. I love the way he plays and he being the first Christian captain of the team, but I think he is a reckless player as a leader. He gives the team high spirit but himself lose control and pick a fight very fast (Tractor match and some other NT matches are the proof for this). The captain should use his experience and calm other players in controversial calls or fights, but I am concerned about Ando and Ashkan more than anybody else in that matter. If he get red carded the team can receive a big blow and this is not something to forget. Teams who are weaker or those who resort to Psychological warfare in the pitch may have noticed that.
Look at this match for example to know what I am talking about from 6:40 to 7:20.
And in this video you can see he takes Naft player's shirt and push him back in front of faghani.
(Look from min 7:40)
According to this Gucci will start training with Charlton on Monday. He doesn't want to stay at charlton and is negotiating with a liga adalande team but until that he will train with charlton. It says if that doesn't work out he will stay at charlton. So of course this is only iranian media but if true he will be at least playing in Europe next season.
"The South London Press are reporting that Reza Ghoochannejhad and Piotr Parzyszek have both been 'cleared' to leave The Valley this summer and find new clubs."
Dejagahs club Al Arabi has just signed Zola as their new coach on a one year contract:
"The Magix box , such as Zola was named footballer, played for include Napoli and Chelsea . The London club won the European Super Cup twice and the FA Cup. At Al-Arabi, he becomes the coach of players like Anouar Kali , Rod Fanni, Ashkan Dejagah and Paulinho . Also Maxime Lestienne , who probably goes to PSV on loan, is under contract with Al-Arabi."
The offer from Spain for Gucci is probably legit, I have never seen BS transfer news about Gucci.
It's good to see that he has come to common sense and wants to play in Europe. Done with cashing and now ready to save his career and do the job for TM! (Hopefully)
LOOL someone posted a PFDC link about Gucci to Al Wakrah and that's a response
Even the Kuwaiti fans think that he's an idiot for chasing the money route... Although many also believe that coming here was his biggest mistake and that he should have gone to the Dutch Eridivise
