Looks like Norwich City has the best papers to get him since they will probably pay NEC a lot for Alireza. It may be very well possible that we see him in Premier League following season based on the sources.

But still, every week we hear a lot of clubs are interested so this is getting really confusing.
      PLEASE BE TRUE!

Not me. He will be in a struggling team and after two bad performances will be bench/left out of the squad until the end of the season.

Sometimes you need to take risks. We don't know the real capacity of Jahanbakhsh until he gets tested to the maximum by getting out of his comfort zone. So a move to Norwich City can be a very challenging one and he can meet one of the best defenders in Europe. And he is usually a player who can make a difference when he is brought in after one hour or so, for English fans it only takes one or two golden moments when you get subbed in and you become loved. You never know how it will work out and if the PSV / AZ offer is not concrete he should go to Norwich City. English players from lower table teams are from what I have seen not so technical on the ball so he can showcase his special qualities there.

According to Transfermarkt the transfer has been given a percentage of 48% of going through.

I prefer a top Dutch team (PSV, Feyernood, Ajax) over a team like Norwich. He has finally adapted to dutch football and can now start to truly shine after which he will have offers from teams much better than Norwich so why rush?

English football doesn't suit his style, specially if his team has a kick and rush style of play. We saw in asian cup that he was not completly ready for this level. I agree he should take risk but not at any cost. And if he fails there (and Norwich got relegated), no one will interested in him, except Qatar.

I would prefer him to stay in NEC rather (if no other dutch side interested) and play a full successful eredivisie season there (he has only one season in Eredivison + one in second division).

I watched Norwich against midlesborough in championship play off final , I must say they play long and direct, not something that would perhaps suit JB, however he would be more guaranteed to get first team place and prove himself in Premiership playing for a minnows than a top team. He can then transfer to a top team in this leauge next season. He certainly has my blessing.

I hope he will stay in Holland for now I think he has the greatest chance to polish his game and stay top form in the Eredivisie. He already has become accustomed to the country, is well known in the league, and is starting to build himself a name there. A move now would be risky and difficult, I think its worth it to give it a shot to try to excel one or two more years in Holland and hope that it gathers interest from even bigger clubs, then he would move to a decent team in EPL, Bundesliga, or La Liga.
