He may have hurt himself in the warm up, 'cause Sisi was a last minute replacement and I can't see them not using Karim in at least the last 20 minutes in a must win game where they've been STRUGGLING upfront.
This has been a TERRIBLE game btw. One of the worst I've seen in a long time.
