I also think so as well. A good coach like simeone I'd imagine will try to make the youth teams feel included by inviting a few of them to train with the first squad.

It a plus plus situation for him as a coach. His current players will be warned that if they play bad, that these guys coming through the ranks can take up their positions. It also motivates these youngsters that one day they could make the first team.

Saeed played with Atletico Madrid's C team today (not the youth team but their third senior team or C team) he played for 30 minutes (He came on in the 60 minute) Atletico madrid lost the game though, 1-0 against Parla.
