Oh C'mon guys lighten up! Jealous Iranian?? Why would I be jealous of Steven(Mehrdad) I got nothing against him personally. The fact is that he is mediocre at best right now. I've watched him play for Vancouver many time in the last two seasons and I see nothing special. The problem with you guys is that you believe in your own hype. One guy will make a comment the other guy adds to it and before you know it "Steven" is the greatest RB we ever had ahead of Eskandarian. The reason why I said what I said was to bring you guys back to reality. We have much better talent at his position in Iran right now. He is at best 5th in line for the job. Why is our "star" LB not willing to go back to Iran and fix his conscript issue so he could play again? Beitashour is consistent, he shows up for practice, he shows up for games, he puts in the 90 minutes of hustle. I rather have a player like Beitashour on the roster, than undependable players.

That was one freaking game. One game is not a measuring stick, we did pretty well during all other occasions when we had Ghafouri as RB instead of Beitashour.

It's funny how the same people who claim there's a phobia against foreign based iranian players use a single game to try to point out that Ipl players are shit. They won't use the numerous times that Ipl players have been so important and helped tm but that one game fits their point of view so they'll only use that.

And it's also funny how those same people who claim the foreign phobia think that beitashour (6 caps 3 starts) should be given more chances, yet Sharifi (3 caps 1 start) should be dropped cuz Ipl sucks. But ya there's a phobia against foreign players...

Look I'm not disagreeing with you. He isn't the best right back that we have right now for TM. Ghafouri is our number 1 and I very happy with that. I rate rezaien and Beita the same , if u dont agree with me idgaf so keep it to yourself.

I think some of you people live in a dream land where people are just randomly praising Beitashour for no reason. You all need to get checked for mental health issues, it's not normal. If someone can find me an instance where I randomly said Beitashour was the best RB in Iran without it being in response to some random naysayer, usually clipsport, then I will cut out my tongue. I'm probably Beita's biggest supporter on this forum, and I will say that I have NEVER blindly posted in any forum saying Beita is the best. If someone can find it, please do. It didn't happen. Every time anything is posted about Beita doing anything, without any judgment of the guy, some guy like clipsport or Ali Doust come in to just bash him.

The idea that anyone has been overly praising the guy is just ridiculous. I'm his biggest supporter and I even say he isn't the best, just an OPTION.

Let me tell you what I've noticed and think is the reality of the situation. There are many people who prefer legionnaires who have proven themselves in other leagues and like the prospect of adding more legionnaires to TM. Then there are a group of people who don't like that view and try to bash everything from the smallest misstep any legionnaire makes and completely blow out of proportion any criticism they receive in return.

And that's when you guys freak out and start saying these people IPL players etc... Which I have never really seen, that's why I wanted to know who all these people are you guys keep talking about.

"I see now why CQ didn't invite him. He's a good player and I support him, but it seems he is dangerous defensively on occasion and that scared off CQ.

I hope both him and Davari will improve in the coming months and can rejoin TM to help us. I have a feeling Davari will reemerge in quality after his move back to 2 Bundesliga."

For the boogieman that ali alipour makes me out to be, and the amount he has called me out, people ignore everything I've said. They've turned me into, "BEITA IS GOD!!! SCREW IPL!"

I already explained what my comment was, and hopefully this alipour guy can go back and REREAD my earlier post. I said "if IPL players who are hyped up, like Sharifi, Sadeghian, etc. were worth 2 shits, they would have done something, anything in TM."

Somehow, I think because someone misread it, it was read as me saying the entire IPL is shit. I love the twisting of words here on PFDC, and I've explained this 3 freaking times now. I even explained it to you alipour. If you want to disagree with me, that is fine. I will fight to my last breath for IPL to improve. Some of you are content with an amateur league that is not producing that many stars. Unlike some keyboard warriors who feel the need to jump into random threads of legionnaires to make a point TO ME, don't waste your breath. My earlier post shows my feelings about Beita and Davari. I have not called for them to start or anything other than an invite to camps for all legionnaires to test them out, as I truly believe that the current crop of IPL talent is being under-developed in the league. In my opinion, no players have consistently kicked butt coming out of IPL recently any more than Davari or Beitashour did. Torabi did well in a game, and then was invisible in the next. Ghafouri has put in some great performances, but I have been frustrated by his play too at times. People making a point to make it a contest between IPL and international players is the problem. I can accept the problems with the legionnaires, but if I say Sharifi has been bad for TM, I'm some a--hole just bashing IPL. No, it's true, Amiri has been good in games, and invisible in others. The next star has not yet emerged from IPL, and I am seeing a trend that most of our players coming out of IPL are not as good as some of you would like. I can go back to a few times in the Turkmenistan game and other games, and pick at mistakes Ghafouri made, and try to discredit him. I don't do that, as I don't have any personal beef with him.

After Beita played, people were picking at his every step. Why so forgiving for IPL players, but you guys become Sherlock Holmes when a legionnaire plays?

I'll tell you why. I made a post about this a few days ago. You guys don't see these guys as "Iranian". They have to prove something to you. If Amiri or Ghafouri have a decent game, "Wow! Look at what the IPL produces!" They play inconsistently a few games... "well come on, guys. It's only their 5th cap."

Beitashour plays one game. "He is trash! I could have defended that breakaway! Why did we invite this guy! Enayati>>>>>Beitashour."

The fact that some of you cannot look at yourselves and see this attitude, it's truly sad and a reflection of a huge problem in our society.

I truly hope some of you will look through my posting history and see when I EVER popped into a thread about an IPL player and bashed him and said ______>>>>Sharifi. I never did that. I made my opinion known about how IPL doesn't produce great talents. That's my opinion. I see an issue, and I am not posting my views of IPL to insult ali alipour or anybody. When I post, I post my own opinions, for ME. I made a joke involving Camran and Z Joon once, and I saw how dumb it was, and I apologized and moved along. There are more than a few random members who hold grudges though.

It's sad that some of you have me on your mind while you're sitting behind your computers at your homes. It's pretty flattering that some of you feel compelled to think of me whenever Beita is mentioned and have to rush to your computer to insult him hoping it will hurt me.

I honestly don't care and just think it's sad and pathetic behavior. I hope some board members here will grow up a little bit.

^ seriously, Amiri made lots of defensive mistakes in the AC. So many that Navad pointed them out and blamed him for one of the goals. But I didn't see anyone here saying ________ > Amiri.

It's like these kids don't realize that players make mistakes. If they didn't, every game would end 0-0.

With clipsport I was fairly certain Beita stole his bike. For the rest I just think they want to win an argument they made up in their heads.....
