For example, Edinho has no place in TM. Regardless of his effort level on the field. And the same is true regarding Steven (but to a lesser degree). For the NT, Gheyrat is very important. Especially when there are a ton of players better than him.

I don't give a **** who he's interviewing. As an Iranian who has had the undeserved honor of putting on a TM shirt, you are supposed to stay 100% loyal to your country and team. Even if he gets benched for 50 games. Of course these things don't really matter to him as he was just looking to play in the WC and that didn't happen. I'll bet you anything that if he felt that he had a better chance at playing in the WC with the US, he would have rejected TM.

Plus, he has interviewed several Iranian media. Show me once that he said "I joined TM b/c of my love for Iran and the honor of representing my country". He always says, "its just about soccer", "I just want to play at the WC" etc.

This whole problem started when you created/posted some stupid video clip and opened a thread bashing Beitashour in the hopes that we would all blindly agree with you. When we didn't you turned into a little child having a hissy fit for not getting his way.

No one ever said SB is the savior of Iranian football, but many of us were and are happy that we found a player who plays in a position in which we desperately needed improvement.

If you didn't throw a juvenile like tantrum every time someone posted anything remotely non-negative about SB, people wouldn't make fun of you the way they are now and we would be discussing SB like we discuss every other player.

I made a video stating the truth about Beitashour. You all bashed me, cursed me, called me names (well not all, just you and a few others like you). In the end everything I said ended up being true. About how he only came b/c we qualified to the WC etc. You are just so poroo that you can't accept that you were wrong and you try to twist things and make the issue about me and not Beitashour.

And go back and read the old thread. He was being portrayed as the best right back the country has ever seen. Head and shoulders above Heydari, Mahini, Montazeri etc. And how the MLS is so much better than the IPL etc. Typical irrational Ajnabi-Parast stupidity.

I haven't been put in such a situation, but if I would be I'd choose Iran 110% and would never give it even a seconds thought. However, this is the way I feel, maybe not the way Beita feels, which is fine by me, I can't decide who loves Iran how much and what country he loves less or more. But now he is in TM, and there isn't anything we can do about it. I'll just wish him the best, but it would be nice if he was a little more passionate about TM. However, having said that, that should effect him more than it does me, so why should I cry over it or complain. But he should really work on his interview skills, he needs to learn to say the right things, like in the video when they talked about him joining Iran and his response was "it was a chance to play in the world cup, who wouldn't take it?". That didn't really go well with the fans..
