btw does anyone know what happened to "varzesh az negah 2"? did it get cancelled?
Actually I have never heard about that show, i will definetly try to find some videos of it.

looks like CQ is not the only one who has little respect for domestic leagues,

MLS chief Garber criticizes Klinsmann over Donovan, MLS view

        http://sports.yahoo.com/news/garber-...5282--sow.html

"Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber took the extraordinary step Wednesday of criticizing U.S. coach Jurgen Klinsmann for not taking Landon Donovan to the World Cup and for saying Clint Dempsey and Michael Bradley damaged their careers by returning to MLS from European clubs."

They often bring attention to pressing issues in our football that otherwise goes unnoticed. For example did you see the segment where they showed the sad state of our u-23 league? Most people in iran did not even know we had such a league, but navad went to a Naft U-23 vs Saipa U-23 game and showed us the lack of facility and organization. People really take navad for granted, you will only see how important it is to our football when it is gone
it is garbage programming, and it does nothing but parade the same set of people in and out just to create entertainment. "Miley" kohan comes in, Daei goes out .... then kafashian comes in, Taj goes out ......GN and blah blah blah .... nothing of substance
If Navad truly revealed all the corruption and cronyism in Iranian football, it would be taken off air the next day. It is tolerated and promoted because it is not considered to be a threat.

not matter how many people mock me, i will forever call him MILEY kohan. Anyways back to the main point, Navad definetly has its negatives, it is definetly still very unprofessional. But right now its the best we have got and it often shows informative segments on sad parts of our football which will otherwise go unnoticed.

i get that if he does it around iranians who understand but when he does it to foreigners and people that dont know his style it makes it very awkward. as a host you're supposed to make your guests feel comfortable and ease into controversial questions. there is a way to ask them, but this guy just throws them out of nowhere and i hate the irooni mentallity of making a joke out of things that arent funny. what is this thing he does where he keeps looking back at the people behind the camera and smile and make fun of things? overall he has lead the way for our other interviewers to look like jack asses and ask retarded questions. and the lack of respect they have for the people they interview. they talk to legends of the game as if its their pesar dayee.

i like the idea of a show like 90 but it needs to be more professional and foreign friendly.

Hopefully once again Mehrdad will prove he is one of the current best Iranian players and help Vancouver clinch a playoff spot.

Not watching the game but Beitashour was subbed out in the 33rd min. Hopefully not too serious of an injury. Score is still 0-0 in the 43rd min.
