But I don' t really see a future for him with TM as I think that CQ even rates Mahini more than him, considering that also he partly linked our side-back weaknesses to the absence of Pouladi and Mahini few weeks ago in an interview, therefore once he will return from his conscription issues I don't think there is any chance that Beitashour gets called up over the Ghafouri-Mahini-Rezaeian trio unless they get injured.

I'm 99% sure the reason is that there is pressure from the federation not to invite him, since he is Assyrian Iranian. Same with Davari being half-polish. The IFF tries to get the half-blooded people out of the team, as far as I remember reading.
God forbid it could be because CQ thinks he's not good enough.

I agree with Afat, I don't think IFF wants any "outsiders". They probably don't like Beitashour/Davari since they're not muslim, don't speak Farsi, etc. Plus IFF is really cheap & stingy, their flight costs would be a burden.
Performance-wise though, I think Beitashour deserves a call up.

of all the ridiculous conspiracy theories I have read here this has to be the most comical accusation I have seenTeam Meli Iran

The team has a Christian captaining it! Do you really think they would not like non-Muslims that much?
And lol about the flights. Then they might as well forget about all the players in Doha, Russia, and elsewhere.
Let's be realistic a little.Last edited by Nokhodi; 11-02-2015, 02:46 PM.

Doesn't Camran find it strange that Davari and Beita were both dropped and never heard from again after the same camp? I personally find that strange as Davari was not yet benched at Grasshopper, and it was strange at the time he was dropped, even though in hindsight people can now say Davari isn't playing today and doesn't deserve a call-up. And maybe Beita didn't deserve a call-up due to his form and injuries at the time, but now, that he is in form he isn't being called up. Yes, these are assumptions, but with Iranian newspapers saying it last year right after they stopped being called up, and the fact that neither were called up again is just suspicious. We don't know, but we can use our logic to determine what is the case.
Evidence in favor of Beita not being rated by CQ:
None, except for random people on this forums' speculations.
Evidence of Beita not being invited because of pressure from IFF:
Newspaper articles from last year saying IFF pressured Davari and Beita out of the team due to their heritage.
Davari and Beita both being dropped after the same camp, despite both having times when it didn't make sense for them to not be invited.
Beita has been in form for the better part of 3 months, if not longer, and we need a backup RB of quality for the upcoming friendlies due to Ghafouri missing. Yet, he is still not invited?
It's strange that when a coach needs an experienced, in form player to fill an injured players spot, has one, but won't invite him. But yes, these are all assumptions out of my butt by me. Not as concrete as "uhh, I don't think CQ thinks Beita is very good." Hard to argue with that expert analysis.
If Camran would like to break down any evidence he has to disprove my assumption, please, lay it out for me.

That's not an assumption, but something that makes logical sense (IFF doesn't like Beita for whatever reason, maybe expensive flight, but as far as I had read, was because of him and Davari's lack of Iranian-ness) but that's just an assumption.

These same papers that probably say Nikbakht is on his way to Valencia or that we are going to play Italy every week or that ....
Conspiracy theories are not evidence.
You know what the real reasons probably are:
1 - They weren't good enough
2 - They didn't warm up to the other players. At all. They mostly kept to themselves apparently in camp.

He Camran (S.A.W.) does not feel like wasting more energy than necessary on such pointless discussions.
There are a million possible reasons for why CQ does not choose to invite neither of those players. Hala Beita I wouldn't be surprised if he was invited, not saying he deserves to be, but it still wouldn't surprise me as he still seems decent. Davari however, I think we have a long line of better goalkeepers than him.
By the way, the bolded list of your arguments for reasons to invite and reasons not to invite Beita is a work of art. Incredibly accurate.
The way you're namedropping me everywhere makes me feel like a prophet lol.
