Hello Everyone,
I know many people in this site wants CQ continues as our coach again. I have no problem with this idea but many of those fans are not aware of the details that are in CQ contract. Based on my research, If we keep CQ for another 4 years, It will cost 64 Milliard Toman for IFF (Without counting the house's rent of his foreign assistants and himself). It cost 50 milliard Toman for IFF to have CQ in last 3 years.
What was the outcome?
Qualification to the WC and finishing 4th in the WC group. We did that with Branko Ivabnkovic , and etc. The huge difference was that Branko Ivankovic did not get even 1/5 of money that CQ got. Based on this, does it worth to spend that much money for head coach position of our football team? I say NO.
The problem is that some people in this site think that if we keep CQ something magic will happen. No it will not.
I know many of you are against local coaches based on the experience with them after WC 2006 but Daei and Ghotbi should have never been even candidate for that position. It was IFF mistake that they did not pay attention when they choose the local coach. I believe we can qualify to the WC with experience local coaches (Ghalenoei or Majid Jalai) if we support them unlike past, put one experience assistant coach next to them (Ebrahimzadeh and Veisi are my examples) + one chehreye mahboobi mese Karimi or Hashemian. Note that we can also appoint a much cheaper foreign coach like Greece, Algeria, Costa Rica at the last WC.
I am not against CQ but not with the details of his contracts and the salary we should pay him. Note that I was angered when CQ did not even sit on the bench for WAFF 2012 game because on teamo bara khodesh koochik midoonest. The new coach can increase the motivation of IPL players by inviting the players that are fit.
Regardless of what happens, I believe we must choose the new coach soon. Right now, I am against CQ contract renewal. I go with a local coach for short term and then a decent foreign coach for long term.
ANY IDEAS???????????
