I guess I was wrong, this is not the exact movie from 3 years ago.... They have learned a few things from the last F#ck up!
This time, they did a much better job,
First they starved the players in the first 7 weeks under Daie, and then immidiatly after the sack deposited money in their account, so players will come on board,
and then they announce to bring a retired player, not because at this point he is technically able to be benefitial for Perspolis, but because he is loved by many and can be used for manipulation!

Ey jaaan! .... Esme in filmo bayad bezaraan : "Iran, keshvari ke oftade daste ye mosht madar ghahbe!"

    Pop-corn , Sandevich, tokhme?????

[QUOTE=hzv;2215459]i dont think it is fair to blame derakhshan neither, derakhshan even criticized the way daei was dismissed.
here is a look at derakhshan's record in 33 games coaching perspolise:
        [SIZE=4][B]

        Derakhshan is just a front,
He is nobody when it comes to decisions, even Siasi is just a poppet that gets his orders from above.

But the fact that Derakhshan took the offer makes him a part of this..... If he criticized the way Daei was sacked and truly wants what's best for Perspolis, he should have passed or at least made sure to get involved in such time/way that it would not create such turmoil for Perspolis......

Anyone that can see beyond the smoke can recognize this was not a technical move.... Daie brought Perspolis to 2nd position last year. And this is the 7th week..... I have watched teams like Esteghlal go down to 17th position on the charts in the middle of the season only to come back and win the championship....... What happened was not a technical decision.......

there are some dirty "kolah bardari" dimensions to it, apparently they have not sacked him they have just tols a new coach to come. they think if they do it this way then they dont have to pay daei for the remainder of his contract. some papers are reporting this i dont know if it is valid or rumor.

            read top left:

other sources as well claim he was told to leave by security because he was insisting on receiving his sacking order. they are doing the same they did to jose a few years back.

Give last year's Perspolis with the likes of Sadeghian, Mosalman and Jalal Hosseini to Golmohammadi, Faraki or Ghalenoei and they would have won the tile. Now give Daei the same players Golmohammadi finished second with in Naft last year and he would have struggled to finish in the top ten. In his prime he was Asia's best forward, but he's simply not a good coach.

His approach to coaching is practically backwards! He's most vocal when the team's winning, and even then he spends most of the time yelling at the ref. But when the team falls behind and there's a need to adjust the gameplan or motivate the players he clams up and goes back to the bench till the final whistle!

Derakhshan is not any better, but Daei is nowhere close to being a top coach in IPL. He's not good enough to coach Perspolis and definitely not good enough to deserve a contract that paid him twice as much as the Mexican head coach at the World Cup! Golmohammadi, Faraki, Ghalenoie and Mansourian are easily more capable than him.

He's also not a victim of the establishment or Mafia. He's not untouchable but he's well connected and close to the likes of Babak Zanjani and Hedayati. Sometimes one faction of the establishment manages to assert itself over the other, but that doesn't mean the other side is outside the circle.

Wow, I have never seen players cry when a manager is fired. This shows how much his players love the guy. For the 1st time in my life I feel bad for Daei, This is no way to let go of a manager but mind you there is nothing right about Football in Iran so its not surprising to see he will be missed.Good luck to him where ever he goes...Next Stop TM?

In an ideal world, he would be in charge of Perspolis as the General Manager.

Good or bad, daie had to go. Daie's coaching ability (or lack thereof) aside, he has a terrible personality and I think his personality had transferred over to his players. This team played like a sick bunch. full of stress and confusion. A change had to happen.

I am not vouching for Hamid Derkhashan, but I like the guys he has brought in. Abdi is a great choice. He has been a student of the game and coaching for a long time and has not shied away from educating himself. He understands modern football and I hope derakhshan gives him the space to work.

I just wish that man in that Picture could someday soon be the General Manager of a privately owned Perspolis Club.
That's Mr. Vatankhah, for those who don't know him.

Well TM players after our last match against Bosnia all cried when CQ announced his farewell with TM.

I wonder what Daei is shushing Afshin Payrovani about in this picture:

I was one of Daei's coaching critics and wanted him out, however this is just an outrageous fashion of sacking a team's coach, so much drama and hostile comments being exchanged between the 2 parties. It's a shame how things never get done and settled down in a civilized manner in our country!

Derakhshan is one heck of a sneaky individual, never been fond of him and his personality in particular. He always wanted to take charge of Perspolis' coaching position, therefore often critical of all Perspolis coaches, I guess he got what he wanted, well at least temporarily!

This is one of the greatest pics and tells the whole fiasco. According to 90, Daie and Payrovani came to practice even though they had been told they are sacked, but not officially. Hamid Derakhshan and his crew were there inside the locker room at the same time and payrovani started using very foul language which was bleeped out on the report. But there were 20 to 30 reporters present and they all had their tape recorders on as he supposedly said I am going to go into the locker room and F them up Kh........deha ro. At this point Daie just puts his hands on Payrovani's mouth and shuts him up. I will try to see if one of the reporters has posted Payrovani going postal on Youtube. If I do I will post it here.

                                I am scared of Derakhshan.
This man was so wreckless he nearly had all of Iranian football banned internationally because he was fielding overage players in youth tournaments.
