Siasi was actually in control and nothing he said during the interview was any different than your normal company politics. As he said during the interview, the decision to fire the coach is legally in the hands of the "heiyateh modireh". Rahimi was seen as an obstacle, so they just removed him as well. plain and simple
Yes, because it is completely legal to sack a coach without even telling him and to remove your clubs "modir" for no particular reason.

sacking Daie with his mafia supporting cast in PP boardroom and crazy fans in the stands was never going to be a drama-free, easy straight forward diplomatic maneuvering..!!
it had to be manipulated backhandedly by shrewd procedural tactics and so was accomplished..!!

guess they dont call this dude Siasi for nothing...!! lol

Im a die hard Perspolis supporter and I dont care much for Daie and NONE for Rahimi. Daie have held PP back for years now and by keeping AK8 away from PP and pushing him towards teraktor tabriz he lost all the respect and support from REAL Perspolisis and Iranians in general, except Ardebilis whom support Daie no matter what. Let the drama queen Daie and his followers scream as much as they want. Its DONE!!! Perspolis belongs to the people and not individuals!
        FOREVER PERSPOLIS!!!! GHERMEZETEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Since when does Daie have a mafia supporting cast? Siasy is a nobody in our football. God knows how he even got involved in football. It's more believable that he would have the football mafia behind him than Daie or Rahimi. Rahimi made some great changes to Sepahan when he was the president there. He financed the youth teams and know we have players like Sharifi, Ali Karimi and Amirhossein Karimi. Overall Rahimi is a uncorrupt and bi hashie guy who knows what he's doing. Ali Daie is a national champion in Iran someone who put his blood and sweat to play for TM. I don't believe Ali Daie or Rahimi are supported by the football mafia.

um, yes .... it is legal, and it was not for "no particular reason" ..... the team sucks. If your performance is low, your employee has the right to fire you. They do not have to give a reason. And if you want the reasons, just look at the empty stadium and their standings. Surely no one can argue Daei and his coaching staff were getting the job done. The results speaks for itself. Also, if you think IPL is the only league where coaches are fired without reason, then you need to follow other leagues in the world.

What Siasi said in the beginning of the interview is that the team needed a shock. Whether Derakhshan is the answer is a completely different topic, but what siasi did is not uncommon. What rahimi did was totally unprofessional. As the "modir", you need to show some level of professionalism and control, even if you think you are fired for the wrong reason. I cannot imagine turning on a sports news channel in europe or the US, and see an club executive going off like that on national TV. They would never get a job in that industry.

Ali Daei is a one man gang. He really doesn't need anyone else.

He has most likely been de-synthesized because this has happened to him a few times before.

there is no question these people are corrupt. They are nothing but filth in my mind and they've destroyed football in Iran.

The problem I have with the way Rahimi behaved on TV is that he made siasi look good. He played right into his hand. Yes, he took a shot at siasi, and it felt good at that moment, but, at the end of the day, the host turned to Rahimi and effectively told him to shutup. The better way to handle this would have been to come back to the show for a 1 hour interview, and not get emotional and tell his side of the story.

Baba enghad kesafat kari hast to Iran k bazy oghat adam majboor mishe dad bzane!! Raising his voice doesn't make him a bad person. Look at Rahimi's record and look at Siasy's. No body even knows who the f*ck this guy is.

It would be great for Ali Daei to learn under CQ working with Team Melli so he can improve and learn how to be a successful coach. But that's just me though.
