    CQ eventually signed the contract [photos]

    Eventually after more than a year of back and forth negotiations CQ signed the contract and start his work as TM coach officially starting today.

    جام ملت*های آسیا در استرالیا نخستین چالش پیش روی کارلوس کی*روش پس از امضای قرارداد تازه*اش با فدراسیون فوتبال ایران خواهد بود

                I would have thought it had something to do with IFF control over TM decision making. The first hurdle must the money and when that was passed they were almost there.

                        ^ yeah but... he is back for now. hopefully we have a great asian cup and no one will be able to say or do anything (though one wonders how Great it has to be to keep them from firing him)

                          The real question is whether CQ deserves to be TM manager if he disappoints at AC. Anything below semifinals in my opinion is a disappointment. In reality a finals appearance will make most fans happy. A championship will get him to be our manager until end of WC 2018.

                              Unfortunately it is very difficult to get contract details from Iran.

                              However from what I understand they signed a contract until the end of Asian cup. After that they have agreed to an extension that after a certain date will become guaranteed until WC qualification and so on.
