now that is a shrewd, working angle that FIFA could use as the Main excuse to start the process of officially canceling their WC bid..!! this way they can sweep under the rug along with it much of those corruption charges that if all fully investigated and exposed woulda shaken the foundation of FIFA as a whole..!!

i'd think that in case of such cancelation USA would stand the best chance of being named the replacement venue..!!??

of course not , IFF would not use such poltical reason for canceling a WC hosting. But as you stated there are other powerful countries which are intresseted to do this....you mentioned usa...there are also other countries.
