Go look at his interview in SA with Javad....he looked and sounded more tired than the players that went through his training sessions with no football which was purely badan sazi.

Also is it CQs fault too that we don't have friendlies lol?
That my friend is called sarcasm. My agenda is clear. I will not give CQ a passing or failing rating until after AC. Countless times I have said that. But do you really feel playing FC Penafiel (or whatever club we get in Portugal) will prepare us for games against National Teams? That was the strategy pre-WC, when we played ridiculous low quality S. African teams on terrible pitches (worst than some Asian pitches)...which by the way were commented upon by IFF officials, and media. Fact is, other AC and WC nations played terrific friendlies, don't believe me look at the thread about our opponents in AC.

Even so, I have given CQ a green light, but I refuse to give him a blind stamp of approval like you and countless others who believe a name is automatically going to give us glory. Hasn't worked with Vingada, hasn't worked with CQ so far...and it hasn't worked with countless others.

My sarcasm was rhetorical, in that while I do not believe CQ is actually taking a vacation, he might as well, because I do not see what he sees in playing club teams so much...by the way, no one denied that CQ is working our players, and bringing their fitness level up, but if you can't attack, pass the ball more than 2x without losing possession, all the stamina and body building in the world will not replace skill and technical development. A primary way to test and develop your skill is to play stronger opponents than yourself...the Japanese, Koreans, Australians, and Persian Gulf nations have all figured that out. I guess the Orlando Pirates S. African club team is skill enough for you and CQ?

I also don't understand the point of the Portugal camp at all TBH, even less playing vs clubs.

You guys complain about the Portugal and South Africa training camp, be happy we at least got a training camp only because of CQ's connections. It's actually pretty pathetic that a coach needs to arrange this stuff..shows how incompetent IFF is. If CQ wasn't here we would probably have one shitty domestic training camp as "preparation" for the Asian Cup.

Not at all, but it don't think CQ I'd to blame for the lack of quality friendlies, that is the job of the federation not the head coach of the team.

He was banned by AFC only 2 games but his violent conduct during VN game may have been the reason.
