Portugese media confirmed that game few days ago. Game's gonna start at 10 AM Portugese time (11 AM MET) Jorge Jesus doesn't want to risk anything so he's gonna put some reserves into the starting eleven.

Iranian sports news confirmed that the match is at 10 am tomorrow and that Benfica will play their B team, Doubt there will be any live coverage.

He roughly translated it to that Benfica is going to use the strongest team at its disposal, now that many of its players are on international duties. So it is not entirely correct to call it the B team. More like a the main squad that has filled the empty spaces with the B team.
