رسول دانشجو بعد از حذف تیم فوتبال جوانان ایران از مسابقات قهرمانی آسیا در گفت وگو با خبرنگار ورزشی خبرگزاری تسنیم، اظهار داشت: ما تمام هزینه ها را برای موفقیت این تیم ها انجام داده بودیم و آنها اردوها و برنامه*های تدارکاتی خوبی داشتند و نزدیک به 2 میلیارد تومان برای این تیم ها هزینه شده بود.
وی افزود: وقتی برای تیمی برنامه*ریزی می شود و از نظر تدارکات و برنامه های اردویی هیچ کم و کاستی وجود ندارد بنابراین تنها مشکلی که می ماند، مشکل فنی است.
سرپرست کمیته جوانان فدراسیون فوتبال خاطرنشان کرد: در جلسه بعدی کمیته فنی و توسعه فدراسیون فوتبال به طور قطع تغییرات بنیادین و اساسی در کادر فنی هر 2 تیم نوجوانان و جوانان در دستور کار قرار خواهد گرفت و ما از مربیانی با سبک های دیگر استفاده خواهیم کرد.
وی درباره اینکه این مربیان ایرانی خواهند بود یا خارجی، تأکید کرد: از مربیان ایرانی با سبک دیگر در رده های نوجوانان و جوانان بهره خواهیم برد.
دانشجو درمورد اینکه آیا این تغییرات در تیم امید هم رخ خواهد داد به تسنیم گفت: خیر چرا که کمیته فنی تصمیم گرفته وینگادا به کارش در تیم امید ادامه دهد.

The unfortunate outcome of our youth in the cup will put a lot of extra pressure on Kafashian and co to do all it takes to come back from Australia as champions, If Iran fails at the AC then Kafashian will have no choice but to resign, CQ being the smart man he is should now use this token and get all that he needs for preparing the team in the short time that's left

Meanwhile, I can't think of a better candidacy replacing him & fear his replacement will very likely be a worse clown..!?
His hands are tied by very limited financing provided to him.! Nevertheless, I expected him to make bolder decisions in regards to coaching staff of our young teams in face of their utter miserable failure ..!

I think football fans of Iran should have an action plan if team melli was to fail and not show decent performance during the upcoming Asian Cup.

I see no link between failure for our youth teams and failure for TM, since first of all, we have already seen and know what the players who will represent us in the AC are capable of, and second of all, good youth teams =/= good national team.
Iraq finished 4th in the olympics in 2004 and 4th in the u20 world cup, and they're terrible for gods sake! And Iraq is just one of a million examples..

خبرگزاری مهر - گروه ورزشی: ناکامی در رده های پایه فوتبال ایران در حالی با شکست و حذف تیم جوانان از مسابقات قهرمانی آسیا تکمیل شد که هنوز به درستی مشخص نشده ریشه این ناکامی ها کجاست. برخی اعتقاد دارند مربیان داخلی توانایی هدایت تیم*های ایران را ندارند و برخی فدراسیون فوتبال را مقصر می*دانند اما واقعیت این است که این شکست*ها کمتر به مربیان ربط دارد.
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، پس از شکست وینگادا دسته*ای همیشگی علیه اجنبی ها موضع گرفتند. حالا و پس از شکست علی دوستی مهر هم لابد گروه همیشگی مخالف مربیان داخلی حمله متقابل انجام می دهند اما موضوع این است: لیگی که نمی تواند طی بیست سال حتی یک تیمش را به قهرمانی آسیا برساند چطور می خواهد تیم های ملی اش را قهرمان آسیا کند؟

شکست تیم فوتبال جوانان ایران به یمن و حذف از مسابقات قهرمانی آسیا با بزرگانی چون علی دوستی مهر و مهدی مهدوی کیا اگرچه ناباوانه بود و عجیب و غیر قابل باور اما تنها کلکسیون فوتبال ما را تکمیل کرد وگرنه اتفاق خاصی رخ نداده است

مگر باشگاه*های ما قهرمان آسیا شده اند که تیم علی دوستی مهر بخواهد تیمش را قهرمان کند؟ اصالتا چند دهه است که در همین جام ملت*های آسیا هم قهرمان نشده ایم که حالا ازشکست برابر یمن در رده پایه که نتایجش غیر قابل پیش بینی است شوکه شویم؟

اشکال از علی دوستی مهر یا دیگران نیست موضوع این است که باید اشکال را جای دیگری جستجو کرد. جایی شاید در کمیته جوانان یا حتی شهرداری هایی که زمین سه گوش و گود شهرزاد و یخچال و منبع را تبدیل به بازار روز کرده*اند و دیگر حتی همان زمین خاکی*های قدیمی مجانی هم در اختیار جوانترها نیست که از صبح بروند فوتبال و شب بیایند خانه! اشکال هر چه هست نه از وینگاداست و نه از علی دوستی مهر. عیب را باید جای دیگری دنبال کرد.

به یاد روزی افتادیم که وینگادا حذف شد و حمله به اجنبی ها شروع شد حالا هم لابد طیف مقابل این نبرد نژاد پرستانه می خواهند به علی دوستی مهر حمله کنند ولی واقعیت ماجرا این است که این یک دیدگاه اشتباه است و دردی از فوتبال ایران دوا نمی کند و ریشه مشکلات این نیست.

ریشه آنجاست که کی روش با علم بیشتر از همه اجنبی ها و وطنی های ما با صعود به جام جهانی مرهمی گذاشت روی زخم فوتبال ایران و ما تصور کردیم فوتبال ما همان است که کی*روش اجرا کرده است!

اما فوتبال ایران این نبود. این قدرت را نداشت و یا اگر هم داشت ساخته لیگ انگلستان و آلمان و بلژیک بود نه لیگ ایران!

آنچه از لیگ ایران بیرون می آید همین*هاست که می بینید و حتی منتقدین اجنبی ها خودشان هم نمی توانند و نتوانسته اند که تیمشان را در آسیا به جایی برسانند و آنها هم اگر تا مراحلی بالا می روند باز هم با اتکا به بازیکنانی است که از لیگ*های اروپایی آمده اند وگرنه با لیگ ایران نمی توان به جایی رسید و می توان از تایلند 4 تا خورد و به یمن هم حتی باخت یمنی که شاید کل جمعیتش در مجموعه ورزشی آزادی جا شوند!

در واقع این مسابقات و آن حذف*ها به سود کی روش و به ضرر لیگ تمام شد. لیگی که کیفیت ندارد، سازنده نیست و متیمهایش حتی نمی توانند طی بیست سال یک بار قهرمان آسیا شوند! و کی روش دقیقا از دل همین لیگ است که کی روش تیم را به جام جهانی برده هرچند معلوم نیست حتی خودش هم بتواند دوباره این حرکت را رقم بزند.

Basically the hierarchy of reasons behind our failure are (the above piece focuses on first point):

• The infrastructure that used to support our traditional football (e.g. goal kuchik, zamin khaki, toop plastiki) are no longer part of our culture. We have failed to replace them with the modern alternatives (e.g. school teams, structured football academies, open to public Friday leagues)
• The coaches and players in Iran get so much money that they don't find any motivation in improving themselves. They lack basic football knowledge so can't even expect modern knowledge. At the same time the mafias who make money through the unprofessional system go out of their way to ensure things don't change
• We refuse to get help from foreign experts to improve. Some of it is because domestic coaches are racist and insecure (e.g. Mayelikohan) and the rest of it is because of the mafia that benefits from the state that we are in

Ultimately though federations, sports minister, education minister and mayors are the powers in Iran who could come together and fix this issue once and for all. Not only for football but for most sports where Iran has talent in.

dont even start me on nigeria, who are the germans of youth football, but they always seem to dissapoint on the senior stage. For example today with almost the same team as they played us with they lost to Sudan 1-0!

Qualifying for u20 was for only one reason : having some of our young scouted by european clubs and avoid ipl mess.

I understand why so few clubs buy players from u17 world cup. In this age the game is so different from the u20 one (which is itself different from the senior one).

U17 (it can be iran nigeria brazil or else) is reduced to individual play with minimal tactical and collective play : that is why is usually good at this stage.

The problem is that Iran play in the same way in u20 and senior team, while even yemen team can manage to do 3 passes in a row (something which is a big struggle for any iranian teams)

The day Iranians will understand football is a collective sport (and not copying Cristiano Ronaldo) will be a huge step
