lets do a PROS and CONS here
Aghayeh Vingada:
PROS: has a moustache, looks Irooni, seems to be in his heart Perspolisi.
CONS: didnt win the Olympic Games with Iran yet, which is a big NO NO
Aghayeh Kranjcar:
PROS: comes from Croatia and therefore Aryan orgin, hence a true Iranian. Always clean shaved and well manared (thanks to his origin),
is the SARVAR of GHALENOIE (hehehehe)
CONS: Doesn't wear a moustache, has not won any FIFA World Cup yet in his resumee.
evalauating the above PROS and CONS, I say we deserve better than both of them and request IFF to hire Aleejenaab Aghayeh JORGI LOW asap, so we win the Olympic Games and afterwards the World Cup that we desereve soo badly. Then we sack him just for the sake of it!CHECK OUT OUR FORUM RULES HERE: http://www.persianfootball.com/forums/faq.php

there is more to it than just looking at each coach's CV. The TM-U22 team has to work closely with CQ. Kranjkar and CQ have had their differences in the past. Not sure if those two would cooperate with each other“It is easier to fool the people, than to convince them they have been fooled." - Mark Twain

Vingada has a good CV but has failed miserably with the u23s, he hasn't won a single official match. Sometimes it just doesn't work out for certain coaches and I think he should be replaced. IFF seems to be after an Iranian coach and based on what Taj said last night, I believe that Mansourian will be reappointed in the next few daysچو ایران نباشد تن من مباد

I've always rated &still prefer Mansurian..!! he is certainly one of the most promising domestic coaches, he is tactically apt and his team play a very attractive, effective football and he has good working relations with CQ and well-experienced at Omid levels knows the strength and talents of all the weapons at his disposal..!
he is still not a finished product as a head coach but he is by far the best domestic option for this job ..!
Zlatco is certainly qualified for the job but he would need complete autonomy to do this work..!! he likely wouldn't accept CQ looking over his shoulder and considering the rift between the two its best for IFF to avoid him..! or if they give him the job, then leave him completely in charge, and reduce CQ's influence in his team..!!
