به گزارش ایسنا، پس از آنکه حضور نلو وینگادا روی نیمکت تیم ملی فوتبال امید در اردوی تدارکاتی قطر قطعی شد، حبیب کاشانی مدیر این تیم در پی تقویت اعضای کادر فنی است و از همین رو مذاکراتی با مهدی تارتار سرمربی پیشین تیم گسترش فولاد تبریز داشت و او هم موافقتش برای حضور در کادر فنی تیم ملی امید و پذیرش دستیاری وینگادا را اعلام کرد.
پیش از این محمد خاکپور هم مسوولیت سرپرستی تیم امید را پذیرفته بود.
کاشانی از سوی علی کفاشیان رییس فدراسیون فوتبال برای انجام هرگونه تغییری در کادر فنی تیم امید اختیار تام دارد.
