One of the biggest tragedies of our football in recent years is Karimi. He's probably the most naturally-talented Iranian player ever, but didn't ahve the professional mindset that Hashemian and Mahdavikia had. There was no reason for him to not have a 10-year career in Europe. What a damn waste. If he had gone at age 17-18...he could have easily had a park ji-sung type career
Park was just a benchwarmer at United. Karimi had a potential to do well for most of the top teams in Europe.
