I honestly believe its all going to be determined based on CQ squad. If Shojaei starts.. who knows we may not make it out of the group stage. If a good player starts in his place.. and Heydari doesnt start either then maybe we can make it to the Semi finals.


Also we need at least 4/5 friendly games till the cup. CQ also has no reason not to include Sharifi in his final list..

baba! more people will be invited to the south africa camp! what do you know, maybe sharifi and amiri will get called up again. CQ has called up young players after the wc! ex..amiri, morteza, abdullazade, soroush, ghafouri (27 but had his first cap) sagehbi! he calls em up! evaluates and calls more for future camps! he wats to test all of them. you cant invite all of them at once! sometimes the player of ur choice is not going to get invited.
