I think you need to go through a thread before making posts mate. While nobody denies his magnificent game vs. Argentina, the thread is NOT about a defender in the game vs. Argentina. It is assessing the qualities of fullbacks in Iran.
Which means looking at players from all angles and aspects of their game.
Which means assessing not only their defending, but also other aspects of a fullback's game, that include offense.

The second issue is when we comment on a player, it would be more valuable if we considered his performance in a considerable period. Not just a game or two or only of a short month.

Pouladi's defending is decent. This is not said based on one or two games. But considering a season or two. But I doubt he'd be able to replicate his argentine game often. Especially because HOPEFULLY we won't be parking the bus in every bloody game. Which means he will have offensive duties too. Not just stay within a small radius and head and block anything that gets near him.
    Decent?

he was considered the best defender for Iran in the worldcup games.

The funny thing is, you keep throwing comments like "this game is not about his performance in the Argentina game" or WC games do not count ..... BUT, it is about his performance against Argentina, and it is about the WC games ..... or I guess in your mind you put more weight on games against thailand and Lebanon. Big players perform in big games.

^ lol. So long as you refuse to come to reality and understand the point of such a thread, I guess we have nothing to discuss.
You seem to use the same one or two games to prove a point in a discussion about player's capabilities.
Or I think you do understand, but want to argue to pass your free time.
Whichever it is, it is rather silly.

It is like me saying Ali Daei dribbled two defenders in one Asia cup game. So based on that, I declare Ali Daei is a great dribbler who puts karimi to shame!
You seem to resist the concept of evaluation of a player during a significant period to understand what he's capable of.
Read my previous posts to get your answer.

          Who are our best fullbacks?

I just wanted to mention something I've observed.
I've heard a lot of praise for Heydari and his Beckham-like crosses, yet to see a good performance from him.
On the other hand Montazeri sent in two crosses against Argentina, both were some of the best crosses I've seen in Iranian football in years!
Yet I've never heard of his crosses before!?
SS supporters always talk about Khosrow, but I haven't heard them praise Pejman!?

khosrow is a shadow of a player he was but for every montazeri cross there is a hundred heydari crosses. heydari's job for years was to cross the ball.

I'd like to see PAG replace Neku in the central midfield. As for FB, I can see Ghafouri holding the spot until the next WC. Only if he was a few years younger though...

Ghafouri has only few good years remaining in him, afterwards he will start declining. This was pretty much his peak tournament where he could have performed at his best unfortunately it ended like this.

The sideback spot is usually always changing with time, so we can see "surprise" players every year that could get the spot. Otherwise Rezaian, Khanzadeh, Fakhreddini, Vakia and others could be closely followed as they seem to be more likely to play more regularly at the RB position in the future. But you never know as I said there can be players "out of nowhere" that turn out to be great. I'm sure most people here never heard of Ghafouri (other than his long range goals vs SS) before he was selected with TM or underestimated him but he turned out to be great.

ando had the midas touch whatever he touched turn to gold but his play in midfield was sub par.
