I Guess Khatibi took that as a "command"!
What Sardar does not understand if Coach keep sending unhappy Sarbaz players ( No $) to serve , Team can not easily replace them since there is a Financial limits and transfer window.

What a shitty match from Lak! he almost singlehandedly lost the game for tractor.. He really needs to pull himself together or Khatibi should maybe even give the chance to Davoud Noushi Soufiani to show himself in the league.. I have been a big fan of Lak and even cheered for him to get in the World cup roster, but recent performance have really shown me wrong. Hopefully there are better days ahead! still second in the league! Yashasin Tractor

Mohsen yousefi again with a brace. this is back to back games that youseffi has scored 2 goals......thats 4 goals in the last two matches. this guy is one of the few players who is playing their heart out for this struggling malavan team. we are in desperate need of leadership and passion, hopefully pejman comes back because there is nobody better to provide that for the club. letting skocic walk was the biggest and dumbest mistake this club has made, not that i didn't know that when he initially left. on a more positive note though, i will say mojsilovic is slowly but surely getting malavan back on their feet....one or two more solid additions should help the team beat relegation.

به گزارش خبرنگار ورزشی خبرگزاری فارس، تیم فوتبال تراکتورسازی در چارچوب هفته شانزدهم لیگ برتر عصر امروز مقابل فولاد با نتیجه ۳ بر ۲ شکست خورد. در این دیدار حامد لک عملکرد بسیار ضعیفی داشت و روی گل اول و سومی که تراکتورسازی دریافت کرد اشتباه فاحشی انجام داد. عملکرد ضعیف او در این دیدار باعث شد تا رسول خطیبی وی را تعویض کند.
خطیبی در رختکن به لک اعلام کرد که دیگر جایی در تراکتورسازی ندارد و فردا در تمرینات این تیم حاضر نشود و بهتر است خود را به پادگان معرفی کند.

This "quota system" of Sarbaz player is a bizzaro and corruptive system that discriminate, corrupt and abusive to the system and players.Originally posted by Keano View Post
Khatibi lost a important game and decided only 3 sarbaz players are at fault. So he ordered them to go back to the service.
This abusive system allow non military person to make decision on well being, life of a Sarbaz.
What about non Sarbaz players? Did all played well and have no fault in defeat? What about his own mistakes???
It's not just Tractorsazi , Malavan did similar decision. They invited Amir Sharafi , Mesam Karimi, Salarpour ( all IPL players and Sarbaz) . Originally approved but as soon as news of Saeidi , Abdollahzadeh, Rafeiei made it public, they deported those 3 so they open 3 spots for possible better players , all free.
This system is not working, unfair and abusive. There are many practical alternative , some very simple and legal but it's too much to expect from incompetent IFF officials.
One simple solution:
Pro players eligible for sarbazi should be given a waver for the time they play in IPL or Lig1 , then serve like anyone else. They should given chance to delay their service few years . Same privilege and waver is currently are given to college student and they can delay service till graduation.
That could apply to all athletics for fairness not just football.

فرهاد سالاری پور، میثم کریمی و امیر شرفی بازیکنانی هستند که به عنوان بازیکن سرباز در تمرینات ملوان حاضر شدند اما از نظر فنی این بازیکنان تایید نشدند.
در حال حاضر ملوان فقط ماهینی و افشین را تایید کرده است این دو بازیکن به نظر می رسد که از نیم فصل دوم یعنی از هفته شانزدهم بتوانند برای ملوان بازی کنند.
