Rather strange having the games overlap each other. The Persepolis - Zobahan game should have started at 5PM so that we could watch both games. But then again this is IFF we are talking about.

apparently they (disciplinary committee ) are saying perspolise vs zobahan will be played without fans in azadi because of events that occured during naft vs perspolise.

با اعلام راي کميته انضباطي اولين ديدار خانگي پرسپوليس مي بايست بدون حضور تماشاگر برگزار شود. يعني بازي با ذوب آهن در چارچوب مسابقات جام حذفي که جمعه همين هفته در استاديوم آزادي برگزار خواهد شد.

به گزارش "ورزش سه"، این بهانه ای شد برای گفتگوی تازه با علیرضا صالحی، رئیس کمیته استیناف.

*شما در روزنامه ها گفته اید که پرونده به دست شما نرسیده است. طبیعتا اگر این اتفاق رخ ندهد بازی پرسپولیس با ذوب آهن با حضور تماشاگر برگزار خواهد شد؟
خیر. به این دلیل که در بند یک ماده 44 آ ئین نامه انضباطی آمده است آرای صادره از سوی کمیته انضباطی به محض صدور و امضاء توسط دبیر کل اجرایی می شود حتی اگر قابلیت تجدید نظر خواهی داشته باشد.
ما امروز هم در فدراسیون فوتبال نشست خواهیم داشت و اگر کمیته انضباطی با درک شرایط پرونده را در اختیار ما قرار دهد رای خود را اعلام خواهیم کرد. با این حال رای صادره از سوی کمیته انضباطی هم اکنون قابلیت اجراء دارد.

*در مورد تیم تراکتورسازی حرف زدید. چطور محرومیت اعلام شده علیه طرفداران تیم تراکتورسازی بلافاصله بعد از صدور اجرایی نشد و به این تیم اجازه داده شد دیدارهای خود را در جام حذفی با تماشاگر برگزار کند؟
من مبتنی بر قانون حرف می زنم و اگر شبهه ای هم وجود دارد باید از کمیته انضباطی پرسش کنید. شما می توانید این مسئله ای که من به شما گفتم را در ماده 44 آئین نامه انضباطی مطالعه کنید.
در مورد ابهامی که برای شما بوجود آمده که این رای در لیگ برتر اعمال می شود یا جام حذفی باید بگویم اگر در رای صادره از سوی کمیته انضباطی آمده باشد رای باید در لیگ برتر اعمال شود که به طور واضح در لیگ برتر اجراء خواهد شد اما اگر به این مسئله اشاره نشده باشد در اولین مسابقه رسمی اعمال خواهد شد.
معمولا محرومیت های فنی است که در همان مسابقات صورت گرفته اعمال خواهد شد اما محرومیت های انضباطی شامل همه مسابقات خواهد شد. آ ئین نامه انضباطی در این باره سکوت اختیار کرده است اما اشاره صریح کمیته انضباطی ابهامات را در این باره از بین خواهد برد. آنطور که من در سایت ها و روزنامه ها خوانده ام در رای صادره از سوی کمیته انضباطی آمده در اولین دیدار خانگی که این مشمول بازی با ذوب آهن خواهد شد.

*بنابراین دیدار پرسپولیس با ذوب آهن بدون حضور تماشاگر برگزار خواهد شد؟

There will be spectators for PP-ZA game because it is Hazfi cup and has nothing to do with IPL games unless IFF rules are different.

Looks like IFF punishment from IPL can be transferred to Hazfi which is a different league. As a result Kafashian and IFF announced that due to repeated insult of refs by PP fans at many different occasions and also PP fans insulting QN the PP - ZA game will take place in empty Azadi.

با توجه به درخواست تجدید نظرخواهی مدیرعامل باشگاه پرسپولیس نسبت به رای صادره از سوی کمیته انضباطی فدراسیون فوتبال به شماره دادنامه 473 مورخ 8/9/93 مبنی بر ارتکاب تخلف تماشاگران باشگاه پرسپولیس و اقدام به اهانت به سرمربی تیم استقلال که به حکم برگزاری یک بازی بدون حضور تماشاگران با استناد به بند 3 ماده 79 آیین نامه انضباطی منجر شده بود، پس از دقت در محتویات پرونده و بررسی گزارش نماینده رسمی سازمان لیگ و همچنین نماینده کمیته انضباطی، کمیته استیناف اعتراض باشگاه پرسپولیس راغیر موجه تشخیص داده است و با توجه به تکرار تخلف تماشاگران این باشگاه در هفته های اول، دوم، چهارم، هفتم، دوازدهم، سیزدهم و چهاردهم رای صادره کمیته انضباطی مبنی بر برگزاری اولین بازی خانگی بدون حضور تماشاگران با توجه به بند 2 ماده 41 تایید می شود.

actually, the game was suppose to be played without spectators in the first place, then they said the game will have spectators, and now they saying it wont, it looks like the sorkhabis party bazi didnt work out for once.

But again as most people guessed a loss for us in the derby, this may as well turn our boys into stars once again. Football especially in Iran is quite unpredictable!

As for the fans ban in the stadium, I am actually not bothered by it a bit. Iranian football fans of the recent generation is a total shame and disgrace. Most football fans in our stadiums bear little to zero patience, the only thing that is not left of them is loyalty and class. Often our football fans turn into the biggest enemies of their respective teams, be it club level or national team, though it's practiced way more in club level than national teams. If anything Zobahan should be worried about an empty stadium in Tehran!

Keano Jaan, obviously I'm just making my best attempt to be on the optimistic side of things (as I usually try to do) and my reasons I think are pretty valid.

Yes we did struggle against an azadegan team but you also have to acknowledge that we did put a lot of great shots on goal and if it wasn't for their keepers heroics, it could have been a comfortable 2-3 goal win for us. Also in the game against naft we showed decent transition from defense to offense on buildup plays/counter attacks which is something we haven't done in a while.

Abbaszadeh is back now too and that only adds to our attacking force.

As for the second half of your post I couldn't agree with you more, definitely a different perspective than my own but you certainly brought up valid points, as you always do! Maybe the hooligans might learn.....ehhh now I'm just dreaming I guess this is Iranians we are talking about!

Let's just hope for the best because this is PP's only legitimate shout at a title! Will definitely be a tough battle against an impressive Zob Ahan team but we can do it it if we show up full force!
