    should coaches poach players without team consent?

    i am sure everyone has heard about hamid derekshan audio trying to poach a player without foolad knowing, what you guys thing about it?i remmber a few years ago the same happned in england and it became a big issue, what your opinion by the way?

    If the player is under contract with another team, then what difference does it make if they contact the player first or not? They would have to eventually come to an agreement with the team before signing the player. At least that's my take on it.

    btw, It also depends on what they were talking about.

      foolad coach was saying derakshan approach our player without talking to us first and try to confuse his mind and make him havayi that the whole problem

            What if the coach declares interest in the player though the media. Coaches do this all the time. Isn't that the same thing?

              Yes, coaches often find creative ways of recruiting players, one of which is praising a player in the media. Is that tampering? probably yes, but it's difficult to prove. If however a club contacts players directly that are already under contract, they would be punished heavily ..... at least that's the way it is in the professional leagues in the US.
