Charlton is in 10th place but only 9 points away from 1st place. They probably wont make it to BPL anyway.
guys 9 point is not alot, is 3 games, if charlton win 3-4 games stright they can be there, they might want him since they will need all thier strikers and charlton need to push for the second half of the season

Yeah, I have followed him before at FC Copenhagen, quick and good technical skills. Scored 8 goals and 3 assist so far.. He has had some minor injuries earlier this season, so maybe Gucci will be lucky if he gets injured again.. Also he's only 22 years old.

They also have George Tucudean who arrived in the club at the same time as gucci from Standard Liege, but he hasn't been very succesfull. He only scored two goals so far in the league although he took Vetokele's spot in the lineup when vetokele was injured.

Hope the Charlton fans will accept him after all the dumbass Facebook posts from the brain drained.

I think the technical Spanish style of play would suit him better too, but this move is good news.

I think that Bundesliga woud suit him best.
He is a rough and ugly player in positive terms. He could deliver in a mid-table Bundesliga Club imo.
IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

yea, those are some impressive stats for a 22 year old..!! but his smaller frame youth body also leaves him vulnerable to injuries due rough physical nature of that league or loosing his starting status to a more mature and experienced striker (say for example; gucci ) if said striker can deliver the goods on some chances that will surely be afforded to him after a while after return to CAFC..!!!

TBF, Gucci's last spell at CAFC was marred with major distraction and instabilities at the club..!!
he was not wanted and forced upon his firs coach there by the controversial new owner..! made to play in an unfamiliar winger position most of the time ..! few games later the coach getting the boot before the end of the season and replaced with another coach who in turn was let go at the end of the season & replaced with yet another for the start of this season.!! add to that the fact that he was not really ever welcomed by CAFC Fans and probably players ?? all looking for scapegoats to just to get back at an assshole owner who had taken over their beloved club and was meddling in all its football decisions in a strong-armed and hostile ways..!

he would not survive in the bundesliga if he cant make it to the starting 11 of a championship side. that being said, his best option would be to return to holland if he can.

Holland or Spain. Having said that I think he is not so good as he has been

                              Gucci to return to Charlton!

Newly promoted Eredivisie team FC Dordrecht is in relegation zone now. They desperately need a good striker. Ghoochannejhad would be a perfect match if you ask me. NAC Breda is another good option.

Unfortunately, Gucci at a Bundesliga team is not realistic at the moment. Sadly enough his career is full of mistakes and at the age of 27 being in Kuwait he is not an attractive option anymore.

I am very thankful for everything he has done for TM so far but someone needs to smash some common sense into this guy. Moving to Al-Kuwait after the World Cup was probably the worst transfer move ever, after Dejagah to Al-Arabi.

yeaup, certainly, a less physical and more fluid league such as Eredivisie or la liga would suit his playing style and diminutive stature best..!! but during the world cup he also proved that he can handle the physical nature of the game too..! i believe if he is actually motivated and his heart is in it, he can be successful in Championship or BundesLiga too..!!
I think in the run-up to Brazil WC, he was saving himself and was sorta avoiding injury at CAFC ..! from one of the very few televised Charlton games that i saw from him you could tell he certainly wasnt putting in anywhere near the required shift to please the coach nor the fans..!!
no doubt his move to Kuwait was not football related and 100% motivated by $$$s and his attempt to secure his financial future, i just hope if he goes back in Jan. he has earned enough $$s to make that dumb move a worthwhile one..!
