the winter european transfer period ends on january 31st. That might not be enough time for other teams to sign him or loan him in this region. He is either going to loaned to a Qatari team or Persepolis. Summer is when his path will be set if he goes to Europe or ends up being in Persian Gulf Leagues like Zandi did...

Hopefully he will have a tremendous Asian Cup tourney perhaps being influential in Iran's journey to winning AC 2015 (if that can happen) or he is the top scorer. Then, top league European teams will come knocking for his services. IMO he should focus on going back to Holland. It seems his style did not suit English football or it may just have been the case for Charlton. Anyhow, going to a midtable Dutch team is his best chance of succeeding towards his prime because he hasn't gotten there yet in terms of club football!

/\ I agree partly with you Zandjoon I would prefere to see him in Spain or NL but dont agree that his style doesnt suit English football Its exactly as Farhad_7 said Charlton was just one english team.

You cannot start in Championship teams with the physique Reza has. He dives way too much and is too fragile for the rough challenges from physical players of this league. I can't see why he joined this team, now he is living the lazy good life in Kuwait's amateur league.

I hope Azmoun develops quickly to be able to start games as Gucci doesn't seem to be interested in his club career anymore, Kuwait is rock bottom.

We have technical players like silva nasri eden etc in premier league wich is very physical to.

Dejagah is a god example how different coaches can affect you. He came to EPL under Jol and was given a fairly good amount of playing time as he was new to EPL and becuz of fitness problems due to an injury he sustained at the end of the Bundesliga season. When Jol got sacked, Dejagah didn't even make it to bench under the new "coach" Rene Mulensteen who got sacked after 2-3 months. Sure he was injured 6 months earlier but some most of the games he was not eaven on the bench, and when he was he barley got any playing time. I think everybody remembers what happend next when Magath arrived. Dejagah who again was suffering whit fitness problems was given confidence by Magath. From a fade out player now all of a sudden all the focus in the English/Fulham media was on Dejagah.

Worst step would be going to Iranian league...

What about him joining NEC for next season if they move up to Eredivisie? Imagine Gucci with Jahanbakhsh in one team.

He always shines for TM I'm sure he will have a great AC. hoping he makes the right career choice and teams will be interested in him.

NEC would never be able to afford him. They are in serious debt and they rely on younger players just like most Dutch clubs do..

                          Gucci to return to Charlton!

Not playing regularly for Charlton doesn't automatically mean Gucci is a bad player.

Jerome Boateng was barely get ting any minutes at Manchester City of 2010-11, but then he went to Germany and the rest is history.
