I have a feeling we will see Dejagah go back to England or Germany in the coming days.

I read that his team Al Arabi was not happy with his performance thus far and told him they would terminate his contract during this winter break. That makes him a free agent, and hopefully he will do the right thing and return to Europe. He is a European quality player and is wasting away in Persian Gulf.

If he signs with another Arab team, I will hope that CQ will stop inviting him. He's our best player, but as has been noted, his quality and stamina have dropped since leaving for Qatar.

Hopefully we can see a rebirth of Ashkan in Wolfsburg.

Actually he looked fitter during the Asian Cup. At the World Cup, he was fully fatigued after one half. Since he has been playing in Qatar, he looks more recovered. But I agree that he should move back to Europe because that's where he belongs. I just hope he can sort out his nagging fitness issues.

        A) Source if you wouldn't mind.

        B) ?!?!?!

How many of his matches in Qatar have you seen to judge the entire league like every other member here with the typical "Arab leagues are crap" nonsense?

LOL i know Kuwait's Aziz Mashaan who plays Al Qadsia (he signed his match worn boots from the AC2015 and gave them to me), he wants to head back to Europe because he cant truly test himself in the domestic league. SO for a player like Gucci it is pure stupidity to stay in Kuwait.

If he goes to the club al-Qadisiyah as previously mentioned the move should be BANNED by the IFF as Nekounams move to the UAE was banned when they changed their league name into a forgery of history! The name of the team derives from the battle between the Persians and Arabs that resulted in the conquest of Persia.

Lets hope he goes back to Europe again.

At this rate, I prefer him transfer to the 5th division of San Marino than staying in Kuwait or going to UAE

Agreed. No Iranian should play for a team with that name. They were trying to buy some Persepolis players this winter.

I am afraid that might as well be the case, but still have some hope that one of his previous teams, no matter whether Charlton or any other dutch or belgian team, who are struggling now and liked him from past expereince would re-hire him.
                          Same as with Ashkan Dejagah.

I think the days of seeing ashkan or Gucci playing in Europe are over now that they've tasted the easy Arab money.
