In an ideal world, they wouldn't. But the players' ideologies, Middle Eastern background, not being able to speak the club's native tongue, and not holding EU citizenship (our other players) are all factors that come into play.

If he was loaned out he can't walk away from the loaned team unless he is walking away from the contract he signed with Charlton. Has charlton stated the contract has been mutually terminated?
