Ya I regret not taking advantage of that deal.. (xbox one, chromecast , didn't think I needed another device) too late now. But its totally worth it with or without the ROKU

Not worth $90 I spent on it

I don't know when they activate the stream links. I logged in 1 hour before Kick Off Aus - Kuw and there was a direct link to it.
You can also see a countdown for each game.
