If we've learned anything - it's that CQ doesn't like quitters. Doubt Karimi will be back.

at least one source says he left because Mohmmad Nouri and some other players were crossed off. Not sure how true it is though
http://www.varzesh3.com/news.do?item...1%D8%AA_%D8%9F

I dont care what the reasons are that made Ali Karimi mad , Naabi ,CQ or selection of players,
if you are a true mature proffesional you dont just quit 1 the day before your beloved National Team is leaving for
the second most crucial soccer tournment after the WC.
If you are smart you dont create that type of distraction for your Country

FFS. Stop with conclusions!!!
Let's wait and see what the reasons are before judging ok?!IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

Honestly I am or was one of the biggest Ali Karimi Fans
But this is really the final draw if he left for any reason other than being fired.
I'm sick of this "princess" mentality among footballers. The ego on these guys is just too much.
God bless the likes of Ali Daie, Mansourian...they're real men that can with stand hard times.

Only one word to describe this, farce!
Given inadequate facts, I'll reserve my judgement on karimi.
What I do realize is that too many different IR powerhouses are at collision heads, goodarzi, Kafashian, military, hell everyone, it's not surprizimg that someone has to be a fall guy?
What concerns me most is the impact on players moral, the press in Australia have now been given a wider license to pop non-footballing questions and the players will ultimately take sides and break up. Thank god we still have CQ to extinguish the fire and shut the press off. Doubt that he will stay in charge on return whatever our results.
