well like your predictions however i feel qatar will get second most likely ,same as you i feel saudi wont get out of group stage but i think we will play iraq and not jordan, i also feel we wont let in alot of goals because CQ is a defensive minded however now i believe our attack is better with azmoun,guccci,rafei and karim we have a good attack and with jahanbaksh i truely believe a semi is a min for us we can get to the final, but final is any one guess

I have to admit the likelihood of the usual suspects prevailing from each group is pretty high as that seems to be the norm in Asian football. However, if one team causes an upset in either Groups A, C and D, then we will be looking at a totally different scenarios in quarter and semi finals. either of Australia, Iran or Japan in second place finish in group stage will make the quarterfinals even more interesting. If possible, I would like to keep the encounter with Australia to the final. And that would probably be the most watched game in the history of Asian football.

I am amazed with the optimism.
Everyone put Iran up as Group winners, I for one, given the recent disasters (missing players due to military service, no decent friendly game, Karimi quitting coaching staff before departure to australia etc etc...) put Iran on a struggling 2nd spot!
We will not have an easy ride in our group full of Arab teams sticking to eachother, hating Iran.
