If anyone cares Gucci just posted pic from their hotel in Melbourne on Twitter. So they are staying in The Rialto part of InterContinental hotels group. I am heading down there to see if I can get a picture.

The weather right now is 36 degrees and 15 minutes ago there was a massive downpour and now it is a bit overcast. I hope this will ensure they train as planned.

Still raining in Melbourne. Haven't seen any of the Iranians yet but Australian and the Kuwait team players are walking around. Saw Tim Cahill just now.
Went to the AC officials and asked where will the practice take place and they said they can't share that info.
My guess is team is told to rest before their training session this afternoon.

The only issue is that the field where they are training is not a closed door type of place.

They have one training session tomorrow or the day after at a different place which does have closed doors so I assume that will be the training session you are discussing. They also have a session 24 hours before the game on the field where the match will be which can also be behind closed doors but generally that session will be light so they can get a feel of the field.

TM Arrived in Melbourne today where they will play Bahrain this coming Sunday at 1:00 AM (pacific). Many Iranian fans at airport welcomed our TM players. Plus many different international media was available to generate report on TM. Then after TM buss took the TM caravan to their hotel where they were welcomed by AFC.

به گزارش سایت رسمی فدراسیون فوتبال، تیم ملی فوتبال ایران که باید 5 روز دیگر رقابتهای خود را در جام ملتهای آسیا آغاز کند ساعت 11:50 به وقت محلی وارد شهر ملبورن شد؛ جایی که ایران باید یکشنبه در نخستین دیدار خود به مصاف تیم ملی بحرین برود.
هواداران ایرانی زیادی برای استقبال از اعضای تیم ملی به فرودگاه ملبورن آمده بودند و ملی پوشان در میان تشویقهای آنها وارد سالن اصلی فرودگاه این شهر شدند.
رسانه های بین المللی هم برای پوشش خبری و تصویری حضور تیم ایران در شهر ملبورن به فرودگاه آمده بودند.
بازیکنان و کادر فنی تیم ملی پس از حضور در فرودگاه، عازم هتل محل اقامت شدند. اتوبوس ملی پوشان ایران منقش به لوگوی مسابقات جام ملتهای آسیاست.
پس از ورود ایران به این هتل، مراسم خوش آمدگویی کنفدراسیون فوتبال آسیا و کمیته برگزاری مسابقات برگزار شد

i taught the camps which the host choose for the teams are behind closed doors,if not how can teams train and have tactics behind closed doors?

Went to the Wollongong game and I'm planning to go to every TM AC match flying into Melbourne on Friday night. Really excited to see TM here in Australia.

I know the team isn't well prepared but there was a great team spirit during the friendly and afterwards at the training session they had in Wollongong. The team looks fit and in great spirits, I really can't wait to see them play!
